Emma Downie
I am an existential psychotherapist. This means I focus on the uniqueness of each individual and their own experience in their existence whilst working relationally as another human being.

Psychotherapy is a form of talking therapy that aims to look in depth at different concerns, difficulties or challenges in life. Through building a therapeutic relationship over a period of time, a space is created in which you can safely and confidentially explore deep-seated and structural issues.
