Psychotherapy with me
I passionately believe that everyone has their own unique way of being-in-the-world and my hope is to offer a space where this can be listened to, where we can be curiously interested in how that is for you. I want you to be heard with care.
Psychotherapy is a form of talking therapy that aims to look in depth at different concerns, difficulties or challenges in life. Through building a therapeutic relationship over a period of time, a space is created in which you can safely and confidentially explore deep-seated and structural issues.
By working together over time, we can begin to understand the deeper patterns behind these experiences, helping you make sense of your thoughts and feelings, and find new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I regularly support people with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, loss, grief, relationships, death, death anxiety, existential crisis, identity, self-esteem, meaning and purpose.
My practice is anti-oppressive and anti-discriminatory.
I work online and in-person at Caya in Peckham, SE15 4PU.
